Respect the space
Maintain silence and seriousness at all times. Personal books and belongings are not allowed; a diary may be carried for note-taking.
Borrow responsibly
Only one book may be borrowed at a time, for seven days. A book may be reissued no more than twice, provided another student has not requested it.
Return on time
A second book cannot be issued until the first is returned. All borrowed books must be returned before annual examinations begin.
Care for books
Lost, defaced, dirtied, or damaged books must be made good by the borrower. Books removed from shelves should be left on the table for the librarian.
